Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service! However, the bathroom could use some improvement. It was a bit slippery and not as clean as the rest of the unit. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall experience. Still, I appreciated the hospitality and the cleanliness of the main areas. With a few adjustments, it could be even better.

Clean room, nice view, convenient location, kitchen included, WiFi and internet access, easy to understand rules and regulations. Convenient and easy booking. Would definitely visit again.

Very good communication and the Staff was excellent.

The linens looked clean but as soon as my family jumped into bed they started getting itchy, red spots all over their bodies. My wife tried to call for housekeeping but no answer at 2am. And then around between 6-7am the power went out. My wife and kids left around 8am, and when the lady at the reception ask why they were leaving so early, my wife explained it was hot and their was no electricity. All the receptionist or worker can say was “Well we cant do anything about that.” Instead of showing some sympathy. It says show pictures of my families experience, but when i saw the pictures and videos of my kids scratching themselves in the middle of the night while they try to sleep, I was outraged. Also need to add I chose this place because it was close to the US Embassy. Just imagine the looks my kids and wife got when they went to the embassy. Red rashes on their faces, arms, and legs!! Very very disappointing
