From wrong charge at the front desk to 5 staffs at the buffet who asked same questions while we’re eating, as a lead at F&B base in states. I suggest to trained your staffs and not be in the side talking after guests complained. This hotel is expensive yes, ofcourse we don’t mind that but even a complimentary bottled water is none. This is the first expensive hotel that we stayed is NOTHING! Spending your 10k a night in this hotel not worth at all. We booked family room and one room with access in the pool. NOT WORTH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL. NEVER AGAIN…

This High End Hotel must need a very very verygood internet service , customers paying good amount money to check in to this hotel and should return a quality internet service. Overall this hotel is excellent , just lacking of a good internet service...
