Stefano was amazing! Because of a problem in Lindon, I had a problem with my booking. Stefano went the extra mile, including ringing Booking.com endlessly to move my booking. He was so kind and helpful . Also, the hotel is fantastic if you intend to take the local bus. It’s moments away to the bus station hubb( it’s not actually a station, just a kiosk!)

I had some extremely noisy people above me who came in after 1am and made so much noise. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but every time they moved a chair or sang, it disturbed my sleep

Hotel w super lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko. Miałam pokój bez widoku, dzięki temu było bardzo cicho.

Ekspres na kawę + kapsułki, czajnik na herbatę. Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Woda dostarczona do pokoju.

Location, some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, while others were not.

Very limited choice for breakfast. No cream for coffee in the room, and there are no refills. On the day we left, we asked for breakfast to go (sandwiches for the way), and we were told this is not something they do.
