The setting was beautiful, pool areas lovely.

The property overall was beautiful and the pools were nice and clean. I liked the room they gave us and the view was pretty. However the property had some issues. The main one was that the lights kept going out on the second day of our stay. They had to use the electric generator which happened to be across our room and was very loud and annoying. As a result the was no A/C that night. The issue persisted the following morning. A staff member said that it must have been an electrical issue in the property but it wasn’t confirmed if that was the case or was an outage in the area. Regardless, it negatively affected our short stay there. Another issue was the shortage of towels in the morning where we had to wait for more to be delivered around noon time. That’s unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was ok with a variety of options but nothing special. On a positive note the pools were not crowded at all and the were always enough sunbeds available through the day. The elevator to the beach was a nice convenience too. I would have liked if they had more events during the weekdays as well. Overallg our experience was decent but we would have hoped it to be better since it’s considered a 5 star hotel.

Amazing resort with stunning views, fantastic spa center, great food and vibe overall! The only drawback was that there’s no water station at the spa, so would highly recommend the hotel management to instal one.

This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. These two were good value for money, though some of the other options were prohibitively expensive. Overall, we wouldn’t rush to go back but also wouldn’t rule it out based on the comfort.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber leider störte abends die Außenmusik und die Klimaanlage auf dem Dach. Auch Rücklaufwasser vom Pool war laut wie ein kleiner Wasserfall. Nach der Reklamation haben wir ein neues Zimmer erhalten, welches eine bessere Lage hatte. Leider war aber eine Seite der Matratze durchgelegen. Am Strand fehlten Aschenbecher. Daher lagen viele Kippen im Sand. Unbedingt Strandschuhe für die Felsen mitbringen.

Cet hôtel a une vue magnifique et de beau extérieur, la chambre est belle. Néanmoins, il ne mérite pas l’appellation 5 étoiles, la qualité des aliments au petit déjeuner n’est pas au rdv. Le manque de sourire du personnel au pdj n’est pas au rdv, vendre au bar le café à 5 euros est un chose, mais qu’au moins il soit de qualité, café degeulasse. Nous avions une chambre swim up, nous sommes restés 3 jours, sans qu’aucune femme de ménage ne passe, une tache de café est resté sur le carrelage durant tout notre séjour, l’eau de notre swim up, a été nettoyé suite à ma demande, 1 fois et puis rien, régulièrement des cheveux, des feuilles, etc. Les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, cet hôtel a pas mal de chose à corriger. Et la moindre des choses était de me demander si mon séjour s’est bien passé lors de mon Check out. En ce qui me concerne se sera la première visite mais la dernière

Hotel was very comfortable, including the beds. Spectacular sea views from Deluxe double room. Staff were genuinely very helpful although they could do with more people serving coffee at breakfast and we couldn’t find an option for tea. Private beach with an elevator was great although a bit messy with litter at back of beach and esp around bins We only had breakfast there and ate out for other meals
