Mirage Bleu Hotel

Most lovely staff that cared about their hotel guests. We have visited 10 countries as a family and this is the best family holiday we have ever been on. An example of this is when our flight was delayed and we arrived after dinner service. Without asking they kept us food to have for dinner even though it was close to 11pm. Also the facilities at the hotel were great including tasty food and drinks. It was also very clean and not too noisy or busy. Walking distance to beach too.

The room is good, modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, good location, you can drive all kver the island, and despite of the small selection off food it was tasty. Overall, I have enjoyed the stay.

The pictures over sold the hotel. It is much smaller and doesn't feel like a 5 star. Some unfinished structure feels like the hotel is still working in progress. The restaurant is tiny and has fewer selection of food. A bit overpriced for what it offers.

Il punto di forza della struttura sono le piscine singole private per alcune delle camere e l’opzione all inclusive che naturalmente include tutti i pasti e le bevande il che risulta particolarmente vantaggioso economicamente.

La posizione dell’Hotel è fuori mano. La struttura è deludente, poco curata ( piante ingiallite, aiuole incolte, sterpaglie ovunque). La pulizia delle camere è discreta ma i pavimenti del ristorante sono sempre sporchi e pieni di briciole. Il parcheggio davanti l’hotel è sterrato senza nessuna organizzazione per i posteggi con una parte incolta e davvero brutta alla vista degli ospiti. Il buffet è organizzato malissimo ( le pietanze al piano terra con pochissimi tavoli vicino e per la maggior parte dei posti a sedere bisogna salire al primo piano con scale e con il piatto tra le mani); c’è poca scelta soprattutto per il dolce a colazione e la qualità del cibo è davvero scadente. Api e vespe ovunque ( dentro le marmellate, sopra le pietanze, non si può fare colazione, pranzo o cena senza essere accerchiati da almeno 3/4 api e NESSUNO dei camerieri e del personale prende provvedimenti. Le camere sono discrete tranne i condizionatori che sono terribilmente rumorosi. Il personale è poco professionale: alla reception parlano a malapena l’inglese, i cocktail scadenti e di bassissima qualità, tuttavia i camerieri sono gentili e cortesi. La sera c’è poca animazione, si dovrebbe animare un po’ di più soprattutto per i turisti che decidono di restare in hotel e non spostarsi per raggiungere i centri abitati.

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la Mirage Bleu Hotel! 🌊🍴 Mâncarea este la superlativ – gustoasă și variată, nota 10! 👌 Camera curată, frumoasă și primitoare, exact ce îți dorești pentru o vacanță reușită. 🛏✨ Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent, mulțumiri speciale lui Bill pentru tot sprijinul și zâmbetul mereu prezent. 🙏 Totul a fost peste așteptări, cu siguranță voi reveni! ❤️
