Mirage Bleu Hotel

Cu siguranță nu este hotel de 5 stele , da au câteva piscine și este la 3 minute de o mică plajă , bufetul cred ca are 50 mp , noroc ca ne au plăcut salatele si tzatziki ca altfel nu prea am fi avut ce mânca ,dacă va plac produsele congelate atunci este bine 😂, cred ca intr-o singura seara au facut ceva pe grătar .. foarte dezamăgitor.. de curățenie nu mai zic , a trebuit sa ma duc la recepție sa rog să ia gunoiul din camera și sa schimbe prosoapele , iar păianjenii tot in locul lor din baie au rămas , geamurile de la balcon nu au fost șterse cred ca de la începutul sezonului !

The food was good, there was something for everyone. The themed nights was also a nice touch as well as the cleanliness of the rooms.

We pre booked an airport taxi trough the hotel l which did not show up. (Could be the taxi companies fault). Upon arrival to the hotel the air conditioner did not work due to a prop failing, and the shower did not drain. We called the reception but they did not answer the phone. We filed our complaints to the staff who upgraded us to a nicer room without hesitation. Which we very much appreciated. The facilities were okay but it does not feel luxurious at all. Although our general experience at the hotel was okay there is a few things they could improve to make this hotel live up to the five star rating. Today the hotel does not really feel like a five star hotel. Our feedback: Clean the green algae at the pool. General staff training (all staff was nice to us but the service needs some improvements). Better options for snacks in between meals. Drinks were not the best. Need some improvement.

Struttura mozzafiato, unica in tutto! Siamo stati spesso in Grecia ma in una struttura completa di tutto con un’ottima qualità come questa, mai! A dir poco meravigliosa. Cibo buonissimo, e buffet ricco in ogni momento della giornata. Staff gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e con ogni comfort possibile, niente da dire, ci torneremo di sicuro.

POSIZIONE !!!! Non ha una spiaggia privata visto il prezzo non economico mi aspettavo almeno questo. Non è specificato da nessuna parte che la spiaggia più vicina non è agibile la strada per arrivare è dissestata, trascurata e poi la spiaggia se così si può chiamare è orribile . Poi il ristorante!! Buffet al piano terra, tavoli al primo piano,gente che sale e scende Buffet povero e non di qualità Non un cinque stelle forse appena quattro

Lo staff Senza dubbio( George alla reception the best)! Ma anche tutti gli altri che lavorano nella struttura gentilissimi. struttura organizzata in tutto, mai un' attesa per avere un servizio , massima disponibilità da chiunque. Stanze belle e pulite.
