Staff is friendly and reachable almost at any time. Restaurants and visit points are suggested upon arrival. Overall it's a fair price for the room. It's a quite new construction which is also nice to enjoy.

All the rooms have a private outdoor area but there isn't much privacy (at least during the morning hours). Although you are not able to see other people's private outdoor areas while you are enjoying yours, the staff is constantly around (mainly cleaning service). I think it will be ideal if there were specific time slots for the cleaning service. Otherwise, you find yourself enjoying your jacuzzi while people is passing 1 meter next to you from time to time. There is just one restaurant near and the surrounding area is mainly in construction, so there isn't much to do around. Breakfast could be better. We ended up having breakfast somewhere else for a couple of days.

Their genuine hospitality and commitment to making our stay extraordinary set the stage for an experience that felt more like visiting dear friends than simply being patrons. Their insightful suggestions for exploring local attractions and off-the-beaten-path treasures enriched our journey immeasurably. Our accommodations were a seamless fusion of contemporary refinement and bohemian architecture .The spacious room was a haven of comfort, inviting us to unwind and rejuvenate. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private plunge pool that graced our terrace. Each dip was a luxurious retreat, offering us a serene escape from the demands of daily life. Maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness, the hotel upheld the highest standards of hygiene. The diligent housekeeping team ensured that our surroundings were consistently immaculate, contributing to an overall sense of tranquility and ease. Although the hotel itself didn't house a restaurant, a dining establishment was conveniently situated nearby. Our mornings began with a delectable breakfast served in our roomxFrom freshly baked pastries to tantalizing local treats, each meal was a culinary journey celebrating the rich flavors of Santorini. However, what truly set Victoria Caves apart was the staff's unwavering dedication.

Before the trip we were really excited by the promise of a new, top rated hotel with top service. While the rooms are new and nice there are a few major downsides. The biggest is the handling of requests. While the gent in the lateshift (ENEA) tried his best to explain and support within the given frame, the owner and dayshift person „Alex“ was outright unfriendly. Also the included breakfast was a joke, especially if u aspire luxury. U can preorder in the evening and get the stuff in cardboardboxes to the room. No extras like tea or coffee are possible, You have to live with what the nespresso machine makes, espresso. You are expected to live with the 2 capsules per day. Also no plates, no butter, no Marmelade, really eating from the cardboxes. Also Whirlpool only cold water. We could continue… but time wasted. Value for money not ok.

The facility itself is nice and well taken care of.

The property owner decided on day 3 of our stay to charge 30 euro per day for an infant. This was a huge surprise for us. Had we been told this upfront it would not have been a problem. Seems shady to charge 30 euro per night for an infant who isn’t even given breakfast at the facility and later to find out they also just wanted cash at the end for the payment vs card. Will never stay here again and tell others to avoid.

Beautiful and unique property! I’ve stayed in a lot of 5* before and this is up there as one of the best looking! The staff were all very helpful and accommodating too!

The manager Alexandro was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff, they helped us with travel from and to the airport, helped us get a rental vehicle late in the evening and the communication was very solid through either the phone on the room or WhatsApp on our mobile phone

There’s nothing to complain about, the area is kind of quiet but you have a rental company and restaurant down the route with very good local prices so that makes up for it
