The room was nice. The manager/owner was inappropriate. Stay away if you are a single female traveller. If i wasn’t with my partner I would have had to change hotels.

When we arrived there is no reception or instructions. I had to call the number that messaged me to be told “the cleaner should be there somewhere put your video on I will take you to look for her” i had to message him for items such as a kettle and to ask why the netflix button on the remote was not working. He inappropriately told me that when people go away they go out drinking not stay to watch tv! How rude. Me and my partner like to unwind to tv right before bed after a full day out. He sent wink emojis and my partner was horrified at this he asked if he could send him a message on my behalf knowing I avoid conflict. He wrote it out words such as “be professional, your emojis are inapropriate” sent it and i blocked the guy so my partner could deak with him going foreward. Days later my partner asked if we could pay to extend our checkout time to which he was told “check out at 12, we have the pleasure of saying bye bye to you!!!’. He also sent a screenshot of my msg to him I guess he thought he was grassing me up not knowing it was in fact my partner who told him off. It defo isnt a 5 star but if they had a better manager/owner and service it could be so great… what a shame. We felt unsafe. I made a formal complaint via booking.com but heard nothing back.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and even smelled amazing. The private pool was incredible and the sunsets were unforgettable — such a romantic setting for our honeymoon. The suite was also very private. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Delivered to our suite each morning, it was homemade, fresh, and delicious. We especially loved the spinach and feta pie! A big thank you to Katerina, who prepared everything with such care and was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Utopia Suites is located a little outside the main tourist areas, which we personally enjoyed as it felt more peaceful — but we would recommend having a car to get around, nothing is too far away through. We truly loved every moment of our stay and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a perfect touch of luxury. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Absolutely beautiful rooms. Dimitri was so helpful when we arrived assisting us with a car and even to get to dinner the first night! The view of the sunset is amazing and breakfast is served daily to your room and each day it was exceptional. Lovely private space outside with a pool with fantastic views. Highly recommended staying her for couples that want to explore Paros but also have a beautiful private retreat.

An incredibly beautiful property with breathtaking views and design. The room is designed so well for pure comfort along with amazing views and a walk out infinity pool. Lady on site who manages everything is incredibly friendly and happy and goes above and beyond for service. Breakfast is simply the best.
