Everything! The hotel itself is gorgeous, extremely spacious with a beautiful old town architectural aesthetic - making you feel right at home in Chania. The location is perfect and is walking distance to everywhere.

Real 5 star hotel in the old part of Hania ,old Venetian house smartly renovated and had an excellent design It has all you need from small details to big things , just take your small bag all the rest is there

Everything was amazing. The accommodation is placed exactly in the center of CHANIA, very quiet, super clean and with lots of facilities. The WiFi works very well, plenty of tv programs to choose and the staff friendly and always there to assist you. We definitely recommend it.

This apartment was in an old renovated Venetian home and was gorgeous. The antiquity details mixed with the modern elements, the beautiful organic materials (wood and artistically finished metals) were a stylish and warm blend. The home was very artistically designed and a pleasure not be in. The bathroom is spacious and clean, as is the shower and everything works perfectly. The whole apartment is very clean and the cleaning service every third day is a nice addition. There was something really fun about having an elevator that opened right into your apartment. The home is in the Splanzia area of Old Town Chania, which is our favorite area for being a bit quieter, less touristy than other areas, and being mixed int with residents. It is around the corner from the Saturday open air market, a quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to everything Old Town. Views of the Agios Nikolaos bell tower and minaret on one side and the other Chania minaret through another window were enriching. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

The only improvement would have been a motion detector on the lights for the outdoor steps outside the bedroom so that they are off unless in use. The lights stay on all night and, if you like to sleep with open windows, as we do, it was very bright.

Excellent location and amazing accommodation

This apartment was modern, well appointed, and in a perfect location. It was easy to get to and we found street parking near by. It's right on the edge of the Plaka/shopping area, so lots of things nearby to walk to. The bed was comfortable, there was ample space, and good amenities were provided. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The location here really made the stay great, as it's right near Modernist Coffee (great coffee & cocktails in the evening) and also outside of the plaka, so easy access to the rest of the city for exploring. Would stay here again!

The only thing that could have been "better" (and this is very much personal preference) was the lighting. It has wonderful, romantic lighting, but felt a little dark. And when opening up the shutters for the windows, the neighbors can see in, as it's in a densely populated area. Again, this is VERY much personal preference so I don't think it's a bad thing, just something to think about!
