Unfortunately I have to give this hotel a 3/4 stars due to a lot of things that were lacking. First thing the room was poorly designed as the TV is mounted in a position that doesn’t pull entirely out to face the bed so you can’t enjoy it along with it being in Greek language. We tried several times and it didn’t allow us to change it to other languages and the front desk wasn’t much help and stated maintenance will need to help. Some of the ladies in the front didn’t understand English very well and there was some barriers communicating with some of them. The staff overall wasn’t attentive while at the pool either. The restaurant overall was underwhelming for both breakfast and dinner options. The housekeeping was phenomenal! I made sure I tipped her for superb daily cleaning, always ending her shift checking and make sure we had water and candy. The cleaning was overall the best experience! This hotel has a long way to go before it’s considered a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel with lovely facilities and rooms. Only thing I can nitpick as is the pools in private pool rooms are not heated and were quite cold. Food and drinks at the property are also ridiculously high. Paid €10 for a bottle of water and €30 for 4 scoops of ice cream. Breakfast was nice and included. I recommended hiring a bike/buggy/car to get around at your own convenience as getting to and from the hotel could become expensive if you opt for Uber/Taxi’s but they offer a bus service which only runs at specific times. Great hotel, just better off eating outside of the hotel as you’ll spend significantly more.

Staff very friendly & extremely helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s undeniably beautiful, the service was far from a 5-star experience. The staff is untrained, with many barely able to communicate in English. Simple requests, like asking for an ashtray or a straw, took over 20 minutes and multiple reminders. One receptionist, Julia, was particularly rude when I asked to have the minibar emptied so I could use the fridge. She raised her eyebrows at me as if my request was unreasonable. After that, the fridge stopped working and had to be replaced, yet still didn’t function properly, leaving me unable to cool my drinks. The shower head in my room was broken and leaking making showering a hassle. The dining experience was extremely disappointing. Breakfast buffet options were extremely limited and of poor quality for a 5-star hotel. The alternative à la carte breakfast also underwhelming and took over 1 hour to arrive. On my last night, my dinner was a disaster - the starter was extremely salty and undercooked, and the main course (fish of the day) was cold, dry and unseasoned. Despite returning the food, I was still charged €70 for two inedible plates. Even the drinks were terrible, even a simple lemonade tasted like dish soap. To make matters even worse, a staff member entered my room without knocking on my last day, which was a serious violation of my privacy. Very disappointed and would never recommend.

The food though limited was delicious and so was the wine. The people are very friendly. Their concierge was very knowledgeable. The hot tub prove to be very crucial for quieter nights due to the wind. It felt cold and the hot tub was a great amenity. Overall, as long as you are comfortable with the size of your room, then this place is fine. A little suggestion for the future is a hotel mixer event during the day with a DJ. During my stay, everyone was kind of chatty and that would have been an excuse to chat more and ultimately inspire people to buy more drinks and share wine.

The room was surprisingly small for the cost. Our thought was that they sacrificed the internal space for the large external space with hot tub. My personal preference was to have a larger room but it depends on traveler. Restaurant service was inconsistent. Long wait to order, to get water, servers who were new and didn’t understand the menu. Though we wanted a quieter vacation, there was no music on weekends. There was one DJ and the music was very slow. I got together with the other hotel guests at the pool and they all had the same feeling. This was nice but the music made it feel boring and ended early (maybe 6pm). We ended up leaving and going into town which a number of us didn’t want to do. I would suggest that management thinks about their location as an oasis and excuse from traveling the 30mins into town - especially during the day to early evening (9pm).

As a queer couple, my partner and I felt very comfortable and accepted. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Lovely location and the staff helps arrange transport if needed!
