NLHet was perfect. Alles was netjes verzorgd, de gastvrijheid was top en de service erg vriendelijk. Ze stonden open voor al je wensen en deden hun best om zoveel mogelijk de wensen na te leven. Daarnaast was kamer met jacuzzi heerlijk. Het water was een goed temperatuur

FRLa suite était incroyable avec une terrasse et une vue extraordinaire avec l’option jacuzzi et baignoire extérieure !!! Équipements de qualité et décoration parfaite ! Le personnel très prévenant et l’emplacement du restaurant au bord de la piscine avec une vue époustouflante !
Le restaurant de l’hôtel (influences japonaises) reste trop cher (cocktails à 20€ en moyenne , dessert à 25€ !!!!) par rapport à une qualité qui est très convenable mais qui ne justifie pas le prix ! Le personnel (de l’hôtel et du restaurant)est aux petits soins et est très professionnel ! De petites attentions très appréciées ont été faites à l’occasion de mon anniversaire ( cocktails de bienvenue et réservation de la plus belle table du restaurant sur la piscine : incroyable moment ! merci encore !! pour notre départ à 9h , une collation avec sandwich (pain de mie fromage et jambon ) ainsi que des gaufres et 2 bananes nous ont été donné mais nous aurions préféré que l’on nous serve un vrai petit déjeuner à 8 h en chambre pour le prix du petit déjeuner que nous avions réglé…
ITÈ stata una vacanza magica e Divino si è rivelata la location perfetta. Akrotiri è perfetta per chi vuole stare ad ammirare la caldera in tranquillità. Stanza molto bella e pulita, zona piscina altrettanto. Una nota di merito a Markella e Ianni, due persone veramente professionali che ci hanno accolti e coccolati per tutta la vacanza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es würde das Frühstück auf Zimmer gebracht, da es in November das Buffet geschlossen war. Allerdings gab es kein Platz um aufs Zimmer zu frühstücken.

The room was nice size and the staff was kind. We went during the off season so that had an impact, but when we checked in there was a mop and bucket on one bedroom patio, an large water hose on the second, water in the outside tub from maybe rain or something, the showers were dark and looked unclean in the corners and the drains were rusted, the floors also needed sweeping and mopping. I feel all of this should have been cleaned, cleared and prepared prior to our arrival. After mentioned the mop, bucket and hose remained on the patios/balconies. With all of the restaurants closed there was nothing close in terms of food. You had to pay 40 euros to get to oia/fira or if you opted for the super market buy food that you could eat cold and can be refrigerated. The experience may be different during the summer.
