Last year we were on Nammos beach so we decided to book the hotel this time so we are directly in the center of the party

However there is a big difference between Nammos beach and Nammos hotel. The staff is very kind except of the manager of the hotel, he is really not the right man in the right position. First we found out that there is no accessible swimming pool in the hotel although all the images on booking.com show it. Then they gave us the only room with a terrace whithout the possibility of making shadow. They clearly should tell us about it and at least appologise for this incovenience. However the manager of the hotel nailed it. He was never smiling and 20 minutes before our check out he knocked at our door if we are really chcecking out. Me and my girlfriend were leaving separately and there was an outstanding bill for maybe 6 beers. We paid more than 20 times more for the hotel in advance and have spent a notable amount at Nammos beach and restaurant. A hotel manager has to know this and should graciousness to every guest. Staff at Branko hotel is much more professional.
