Rodosrooms

Rodosrooms is excellent. In a great location with a short walk to old town, harbour, elli beach and lots of restaurants. The room is modern and tidy and has everything you need.

Very convenient for a short stay central location comfortable bed easy booking process there is also a suite offering hot tap in the room if your lucky to have availability 😃 next time maybe . Owner is always in hand to help out

Room could do with small chair to sit appart from bed but overall functionality is good

Preis-Leistung und Lage der Unterkunft sind wirklich überzeugend – sauber, funktional und alles vorhanden, was man braucht (ausser Batterien in der Fernbedienung der AC - ich fror etwas im März).

Die Abwicklung wirkte teilweise unnötig unseriös, insbesondere die Zahlungsaufforderung außerhalb von Booking.com über einen externen Link, was eher Vertrauen kostet als schafft. Zudem fällt die Kommunikation unangenehm auf: Ein Großteil der Nachrichten ist in einem drohenden Ton formuliert und vermittelt eher Kontrolle als Gastfreundschaft. Hier wäre ein professioneller, wertschätzender Kommunikationsstil deutlich zielführender – so bleibt leider ein Beigeschmack, der nicht zum ansonsten guten Gesamtbild passt.
