The view, the pool, the spacious room

The hotel is nicely situated, with a large swimming pool, has good air conditioning units and all mattresses were comfortable. All suites were tastefully decorated and very clean. Mosquito nets were fitted on all windows and balcony doors. As a side note to another comment here, we verified with Mr Alkis (who was always very polite) that contrary to what others have mentioned, no breakfast is offered on the premises.

The rooms were a bit cramped, especially for the asking price. When it came to the Duplex suite, the upper level ceiling is quite low, so this is definitely intended for persons of average to low height! The entrance door was not sound-proofed. Every time the corridor entrance or the door from a neighbouring suite was opened or closed, quite a few times during the night or early in the morning, the sound was heard very loudly in the room and would literally wake us up. There was also a strange smell in the suite, like it was coming from the drains, but it gradually went away during our five-night stay. The Duplex suite's awning, contrary to all other room controls, was manually-operated. Every time you wanted to extend or retract it, you had to spend a little time spinning the hand crank - not ideal in the blistering summer heat. All three suites had an issue with their shower drains : the water was draining very slowly and after less than a minute, you ended-up taking a shower with your feet in dirty water. We ended-up opening up the drain cover in the Duplex suite and removing long strands of black hair from it, then the problem completely went away. I'm sure the hotel staff would have taken care of this, had we contacted them, but all three suites had exactly the same problem from the beginning : it would have been nice if the hotel checks the drains before guests arrive, especially for such expensive rooms. No Greek TV channels are offered because of terrestrial reception issues, only foreign satellite ones. I guess, when on holiday, maybe that's a plus.. Finally, we experienced issues with the hotel's parking lot : although we were renting three suites and were only using two cars, we didn't always find free parking space at the hotel for both our cars (eg. Saturday evening). We had to park one of the cars at the nearby port, down the hill.

Perfect location. In front of the sea. A beatiful pool. Free park slot. Easy to reach taverns and center. Very helpful and kind Mr Alkis makes easy your holiday plans and he knows almost everywhere in Sithonia.

Beware of mosquitos and wasps. There is no oil salt or other spices in the kitchen side. Bring them with you or there is a market 400 meters away

There was nothing to dislike in fact. All was super good, in particular the host and the staff who are at hand at all times. Super clean, modern and comfortable. Location wise it's perfectly situated at the verge of urban area with easy access to tavernas, cafes, markets etc, but far enough to have a quiet night and good sleep. The parking at all times if you travel by car is a big plus. Bicycles at your disposal if you need to run a quick errand or just go for a ride.

We missed a small bar by the pool. Could be something to think about in the future.

Suberb location. The room and the balcony a unique experience. Everything was perfectly working. We loved the modern design and the very rich amenities. But most of all, the host, Alkis, was the ideal person to make us feel at home. Unforgettable!

Great experience! Place and facilities are much above anything we experienced in the region. New but very well managed and beautifully placed. Congrats to the host Alkis. Definitely will be back soon
