"Ok if you need 24/7 check in"

Room was ok. Breakfast good. Helpful to be able to check in 24/7 as we had a flight.

Fire alarm went off at 4am and the staff didnt know how to stop it so went on for an hour. No real acknowledgement or compensation of the disruption of this in the morning. Waited for 20 mins to check in due to chatting between staff and another customer - just not great customer service.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterliydi, konumu çok iyiydi.

Tesisin kendi firması olan rent a car firmasından araç kiraladık ancak söylenen saatten önce arabayı vermemiz istendi. Yapılan sözleşmede teslim saati açık şekilde söylenmesine karşın bu durum otelin kendi firması olduğu için otelin tek olumsuz yönü diyebilirim.
