Clean hotel,super friendly staff, close to Kamari beach and shopping centers. Beautiful location! Maria was super friendly and amazing! So was Donaldo! I highly recommend this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to answer any questions and help!

Lovely little hotel with friendly and hardworking staff. Room was always tidied and cleaned each day. Sunbeds are shaded in either the morning/evening, but there are communal beds that are always in the sun. Location: A 5-10 minute walk to Kamari beach. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop to Fira. I found taxis very expensive, but the bus is only €2. The hotel kindly printed the bus timetable for us. Breakfast: A limited menu but nice quality food. Fresh orange juice and tea/coffee. Copious amounts of breads and pastries, with the option of fresh fruit, greek yoghurt with granola, cake of the day or salad. There were additional options for a small cost (approx €3). Tips: The beachfront restaurants especially can be expensive. For a cheap eat go to Souvlike, they do a nice gyros. Local supermarkets sell cheap packs of water and alcohol, instead of using the expensive mini bar.

Nice and clean rooms with lovely pool. Breakfast is simple but effective although probably better if a buffet as have to wait and ask for extra cups of coffee or butter etc Great location just 5 mins to the restaurants on Lamar beach

Great place to stay! Staff amazing! Included breakfast was a pre-determined composition choice but was quite delicious. You could add items for additional charge but we didn’t bother. Swim up pool was very nice, you might need to put down a towel for comfort/cleanliness as the beds can get a bit dirty. Still very cool! Very close to Kamari beach and chic restaurants strip. Walk all the way down to get the best swimming areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful! AC was not the greatest, you might need to keep bathroom door closed to get you room to sleeping chill (we were there in September). Wifi great. Bit of a walk to bus stop but service here is top notch! Cheap safe, and convenient. Close to airport so you will see -and hear- aircraft quite close by. Pay the bus attendant to get to Fila. Go anywhere from there! Super simple. AC modern buses.

We had an amazing stay in Santorini, and Maria’s exceptional assistance with organizing our excursions made it even better. The hotel offered great amenities and was just a short walk from the beach, local restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended!

Gute Lage im kleinen Ort Kamari, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ort ist nicht so hektisch wie Oia oder Fira, sondern eher etwas gemütlicher. Kamari bietet allerdings eine tolle Strandpromenade, wo von morgens bis spät nachts immer was los ist. Allerdings etwas nah am Flughafen, daher ist Fluglärm nicht zu vermeiden. Es finden allerdings nicht sehr viele Flüge statt, daher ist es nur zeitweise vormittags und abends etwas störend. Toll sind die 8 JuniorSuites im Erdgeschoss mit direktem eigenem Zugang zum grossen Pool. Die Suiten im Obergeschoss, haben alle einen eigenen kleinen Privatpool (eher grosse Badewanne) und bieten hier etwas mehr an Privatsphäre beim sonnen baden. Sehr toll ist das Frühstück, welches immer frisch zubereitet wird (kein Buffett). Die Hotelbar ist bis um Mitternacht geöffnet und preislich an die Santorini üblichen Preise angelehnt. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Smart TV, Telefon, Fön, Bluetooth Sound Box, Safe, Bademäntel und Schlappen, Pool/Strandhandtücher). Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und es fühlt sich sehr familiär an, da es nicht so gross ist. Vielen Dank and Maria und Fabio, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben.

We have just stayed for 6 nights and would totally recommend Viva Nove. Maria and all the staff are so helpful and go the extra mile to help you with excursions and everything. The property is perfectly located as it’s quietly tucked away, yes still within easy reach of all the bars and restaurants.

Pool area is unmatched, really peaceful and beautiful. Staff is excellent and ready to help. Special thanks to Maria, she was an amazing hostess!
