Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr bemüht. Die Lage war direkt an einem schönen park sowie unweit der Altstadt von Chania. mit dem Auto in 10 min zu erreichen.

Nice large room with even larger terrace

The pool was not clean. The inside was made from a foil that showed strong residues (yellow/brown border) of sunscreen. The hotel tried to clean it but couldn’t get rid of it. They told us that the pool will be remade for the next season. However, also all covers of couches and beds on the terrace were not clean and hand stains. We didn’t use the outside facilities for this reason which was disappointing. The breakfast staff was not very flexible what they served but nice people in general.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, et il y a une taverne juste en face très sympathique pour pouvoir dîner le soir. Pas besoin de remonter sur la rue principale. Ma femme insiste sur le faite que les pancakes étaient absolument délicieux.

Das Frühstück wurde a la carte serviert. Es war ausreichend und gut. Das kleine Restaurant hat sehr leckere Speisen bis 18:00 serviert.

Die Obstauswahl beim Frühstück war sehr einseitig, nur Melone und Apfel. Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr gewünscht. Sehr starke Belästigung durch bellende Hinde in der Nachbarschaft. Hinweis: Parkplätze sind in der Saisons sehr schwer zu bekommen

Recently renovated and so the whole property was clean, smart and very nicely decorated The breakfasts were great! Lots of options and all of them tasty and well prepared Our room was amazing, Premium Suite with outdoor plunge pool. Big and spacious with our own terrace Staff was amazing. Friendly and super helpful

The plunge pool was far too cold to use !!

Le personnel très aimable et accueillant, la propreté de l'hotel, la piscine, la proximité avec les restaurants commerces, la mer et la plage, la salle de fitness.

Si il faut dire quelque chose, le personnel etait parfois un peu submergé au petit dejeuner les jours avec du monde. Mais vraiment, cela na en rien entaché l'expérience, ca reste une bonne idée de servir le petit dejeuner a table car ca evite du gaspillage.
