This was our dream holiday. Everything started with this ideal accomodation provided by Casa de Potie. The location is absolutely perfect in the center of the touristic area. Cleaning was absolutely spotless, and we would like to thank so much to Malvina the sweetest person, most friendly lady in charge ! The hotel is perfect, the rooms were quiet, clean spotless. Coffee and tea and water were provided each morning. Quiet nights. Wonderful restaurants around where you can eat breakfast. It is a wonderful place to be for a couple or for a familly with kids we trully recommend this beautiful place! We really felt like in a 5 stars Mariott Hotel.

Great location, in the heart of the old town , close to the restaurants, shops and etc. Spotlessly clean hotel with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend it! This is our second stay here.

We used and you need an air conditioning during night but it gets a little bit too cold so a blanket would be appreciate not just a sheet, also, hair conditioner would be a plus in the bathroom Overall, our stay was excellent and beautiful hotel!

Ein kleines nettes und sehr schickes Hotel mitten in der Stadt Chania, in dem wir bereits wiederholt waren. Vor allem die Betreuung der Hausdame war wiederholt großartig.

Leider hatten wir in diesem Jahr ein, vermutlich das kleinste Zimmer. Bei einer Körpergröße von 193 cm war ich im Zimmer, insbesondere im Badezimmer schnell an meinen Grenzen. Das war tatsächlich in diesem Jahr suboptimal. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Komfort, alles toll.

Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro, servizio di pulizia camere giornaliero ottimo, staff disponibile. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa. Caffè e biscotti a disposizione in camera.

Bagno un pochino piccolo, ma nuovo e pulito.

Very clean and quiet, right in the center, an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. Our room was small, but perfect for a 1-2 nights stay. Thanks for having us :)

Great location in the city center. The property is very clean and modern. Our bathroom was enormous, almost half the apartment, with two showers and a home sauna where you can play music via bluetooth. The bedroom was very spacious. The apartment also had a coffee machine with capsules that make very good coffee. Overall, the place really surprised us.

The only downside is no elevator, which can be tricky if you have a lot of luggage
