great Hotel, very clean and modern. the rooms and environment are great the staff are very friendly and helpful Ioanna and the team are fantastic.

It was a very comfortable stay, very close/walking distance to Chania old town. The place is clean, quiet, & staff are very friendly! Breakfast was also really good (lots to choose from).

The hotel was so lovely, rooms very clean and spacious. The staff were incredible and offered us a welcome drink on arrival. The location is convenient for a quick walk into the old town.

The hotel has everything you need and the staff was exceptional! They were very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and provided toiletries and water bottles everyday. It was a 10 minute walk to the Old Port which is filled with excellent restaurants and shops! We cannot wait to go back to beautiful Crete and stay with Epavli Grace again!

Really enjoyed our stay here, room was spacious. Fresh towels and cleaning every day. Was so quiet and restful. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious!!!

My stay at Epavli Grace was a dream! The hotel is centrally located, on a quieter street, and easily accessible to the more touristy areas (market, port, etc.) without being right in the thick of it. The rooms are ample, clean, and tastefully decorated to evoke a serene vibe. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with loads of options, fresh juice, and local pastries. The staff were attentive and kind and always quick to help (i.e., taxis). I would definitely stay here again!

Very modern clean room, walk-able to harbor, great breakfast spread. They placed us right next to lobby/elevator on 1st floor. I asked about noise and was told by young guy at the desk that it was quiet. It was not.
