HKBest view in Naxos. Superb interior design. Heated jacuzzi was a plus. Great location. Top notch toiletries.
While interior design is superb, it lacks comfort. For example, nowhere to place shampoo or shower gel in the shower room. While it is mentioned in the description that there is private parking, the parking is public and usually taken - unacceptable. Breakfast is served in the room with the collaboration of a nearby snack bar, very low quality breakfast for the price tag of the room- absolutely unacceptable! Lights at the balcony was not operated by the room, they auto turned on at 8 pm and stayed on all night long. That messed up with the romantic ambiance, attracted mosquitoes and destroyed privacy. I mentioned it to the staff but no solution was given.

CAOverall I was not satisfied. Paid $590 per night and that was after $370 or savings! For that price I would expect a much more luxurious and tailored to my needs experience. They have an independent contractor for concierge and no one is on the grounds, ever. It’s like a ghost facility. The rooms are nice, but there is no attention to detail. No bar soap holder, towel hooks are away from the shower. There is sand in the jacuzzi, which doesn’t scream cleanliness. There is no privacy between adjacent rooms. I could see my neighbors in their jacuzzi and they could see me. They did allow a late checkout at 1pm versus 11am, but when I asked to pay half price of one night and stay until 6pm since they didn’t have anyone renting it. And they said I had to pay the full price of one overnight or I couldn’t stay. The view is stunning but I won’t be staying there again.
