Kera Neme

Beautifully designed boutique hotel where no expense has been spared. Every detail has been carefully considered making for a truly wonderful stay.

Absolutely everything was perfect.

The Kera Neme is a fantastic option when visiting the Nemea wine region. Very sleek and modern facility with a knowledgeable staff. The hotel has its own wine cellar and tasting room and Christos took time to give us an overview of the region's wines. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and visiting with Christos before exploring the wineries of the region.

The staff we interacted with on the second day of our stay was friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained.

The room was small, with no partition between the bathroom and toilet, which made it feel cramped. The breakfast had a fancy presentation, but sadly, it didn't live up to expectations in terms of quality or basic freshness. We also noticed a lack of empathy in staff interactions on our first day, which added to the feeling of detachment. The street parking didn't feel very safe. As for the location, Nemea is known for being part of Greece's wine region, but the city itself is struggling. Many buildings are abandoned or in disrepair, and numerous shops are permanently closed, creating a sense of neglect. The contrast between the hotel's upscale feel and the surrounding city left us feeling uneasy. It's clear that the city is facing serious challenges, and while we're disappointed as tourists, it also makes you question whether gentrification is the right answer. We hope the city can find a right path to revitalization.

Although the rooms were small, they were beautifully and intelligently designed. The shower was delightful. The beds (CocoMat) were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with variety and quality. I almost never get breakfast with a room, but this was well worth it. The staff, from reception, cafe and cleaning were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Kera Nene. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room very cosy and so well decorated. The breakfast was amazing too, lovingly prepared and served ! We will definitely come back!
