Its a bit far from bus stop. Long walk through stairs. Miro helped to carry luggage up and down. Otherwise it would have been difficult

Location was amazing. very large accommodation. I think 5 people can sleep there as there were 5 beds. It is really a cave and gave the feel of staying in a cave. The spiral stairs was beautiful. Built in 1920, the house runs through generations. Walking distance from Fira bus station...but a lot of stairs and steps. May be difficult if you have large baggages, We didn't have any. easy transport to all places from Fira. Sunset was amazing from the sit out place that comes with the property. No public will get in. It has wonderful chairs and tables put. We dont need to travel Oia to watch the sunset. It is right there in the accommodation. Staffs were friendly. Owner guided me through WhatsApp messages. I really wish to come again and stay here.

The staff was amazing! All of Santorini is on a cliff so there are tons of stairs. I had no idea how many!!! The check-in process was exceptional from before we got there. We communicated on WhatsApp and our transportation was arranged from the ferry port. We were taken to the edge of the pedestrian area and then had lots of stairs to climb. We were very pleased and surprised that Mira met us at the car and carried our luggage to reception and eventually even to our room. At checkout, transportation was again arranged, and Mira again carried our luggage all the way to the car. There’s no way we could’ve done it without him! Ms. Tamara is the cleaning lady and I cannot say enough good things about her. The apartment was spotless.Minas was our contact person and helped us with check-in and gave us plenty of recommendations. We would definitely return. The view was absolutely amazing! And the location was walkable both to the bus in town and to the main areas of Fira.

The location was fantastic and the views were phenomenal!!! Room was comfortable with an excellent patio to enjoy the view and have coffee in the morning. Our room was cleaned wonderfully everyday by Mrs. Tamara...she is outstanding! I arranged with Minas to have transport waiting for us at the airport. The shuttle dropped us as close as possible to the hotel, but we had the fantastic Miri guide us and carry our bags. All the staff is wonderful.

Cannot think of anything I did not like. Minas and staff do such a wonderful job.

The view

The cave house itself. Dark bathroom. Floor dirty around the edges. No stove or microwave. Not even a toaster. Light fitting in bedroom missing, wired hanging from ceiling. Broken hook in bathroom. No plug in sink. Shade cloth on balcony not big enough to create any shade, so we couldn’t spend any time at all outside.

Views

The location in Fira, stunning views from the terrace. The terrace itself was perfect to sit and relax. The fridge and kettle came in quite useful.

The bathroom was rather cramped and of course the many steps to and from the apartment.
