Elia Agia Marina Resort

Due to a delay of our flight we are arrived at the hotel lobby 1am only to find out that there was no one at the reception. We waited there for about 30 minutes extremely tired. After no one showing up I walked across the street and there was a restaurant with a person taking out some trash. I asked him if he knows anything about the hotel and reception. He told me check on the other end off the hotel there is a small bar and saw people there. I walked there and the man at the bar offered to check me in claiming that the receptionists must have stepped out. He showed us the room which is not what I was expected. Even though very clean and modern it was way too small for 3 people and two beds. It was advertise as a room with own pool, But the pool was tiny spa with jets and no heating. So what they called a pool is not a pool as it is the size of a small spa and is not a spa as it is not heated. I felt opening over 330 euro per night and looking across the street looking at trash cans was not what we had in mind. The description of the hotel room was misleading. When I mentioned to the person who checked us in that this is not what I had in mind he said stay for one night and tomorrow I will find you something better. He never contacted us again. In the meantime we gave up and decided instead of arguing with them to make the best of what we have given that we were staying for 3 nights and one night was gone already. The hotel was very clean, breakksfat good and so the beach.

Property was amazing and excellent breakfast

Very clean, great facilities. Lovely beach and easy access from the property and nice beach views from breakfast. Good food options around too and it’s not far from the public bus stop.

Stort rom, med eget basseng og balkong. Rent og fint og helt fantastisk hyggelige mennesker/ personale.

A l’arrivée personne à l’accueil, je crois bien que c’est la première fois que cela arrive. Néanmoins les chambres ( nous avons pris celle avec le jacuzzi est très sympa) la douche fait hammam. Le coin douche toilettes n’est pas pratique si vous partez entre amis elle laisse peu de place à l’intimité en revanche très bien pour un couple. L’extérieur a une vue partielle sur la mer et le jacuzzi est nickel Super bon petit déjeuner le bar étant face à la mer la vue est agréable Je le recommande

Great staff, good location

Staff was amazing the location is great. Hotel itself is perfect for a great getaway. Would try to come back

Can’t figure out what they could do better, staff is responsive, reliable and professional. This Resort is really good. Only downside is the sunbeds at the beach (the best spot on the beach), could need an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities. Will recommend this hotel/resort!
