We had a fantastic stay at Lush Residences. The location is incredibly convenient—perfectly situated for easy access to Makati’s business district, major malls like Greenbelt and Glorietta, and plenty of local dining options. ​The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The building facilities, including the pool and the security, added a great sense of comfort and ease.

Location is best.

AC did not work properly. There has to be adapters provided according to the plug and socket size of appliances. Only washing machine had an adapter.

Excellent comunication with landlord. Great location. everything you need is located nearby. Nice apartment, with working aircon and accessories with washing mashine.
