Check in and out was smooth and building staff great. Unit was clean.

Unit lacked simple amenities and such as salt and pepper, paper towels and extra toilet paper. Only two bath towels provided which seemed minimal.

Quiet and safe location. Friendly staff.

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Also, provide a small bottle of schampoo and new unused soap.

Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. The pool and workout room is nice walking distance to festive walk Mall am is also close

Clean and homey place

Everything. Very spacious easy to move around. The view was great. Was able to watch fire works at the festive walk from our balcony. Location is perfect, walking distance from the mall and market appropriately 3-5 minutes walk. Very clean and facilities staff very helpful and respectful.

No complaints to be said.

Superb apartment. Spacious, balcony. Modern amenities. BEST bed I had in the Philippines. Shower amazing. They gave me 5L of free drinking water. Oh and the air con was so quiet and effective.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Only issue was delayed checking in because place was not ready and paperwork/ authorization was delayed. I arrived 7pm which was late check in but they did not send proper paperwork for check in.
