Henann Premier Coast Resort

We stayed at Junior Suite with beach view - Henann Premier Coast Resort for 4 nights. Everthing was great at this location - Comfort, cleanliness, etc. Food was good but can be improved in terms of variety. It was more focused on Korean and Phillipines customers.

We already paid for 4 nights online when we booked it. BUT When we reached the hotel and doing checkin, they asked for 8000 as a deposit or a credit card. Some people don't use credit card - we are one of those. Even though it wasn't a big amount to give but we planned our stay and had calculated cash. This made us go to the ATM later and get the cash for them however they asked us to go to the room and give the cash later that day. They could have mentioned this on their booking platform or somewhere when we booking it so people can plan better.

The private atmosphere and super location to the beach. The pools between the hotel parts and on top. The view from the balcony to the ocean. The super breakfast buffet. The super friendly staff everywhere. 5 star hotel level in best niveau.

Central location very good facilities

There was very noisy guest that is inconsiderate. Talking very loud Chinese until 12pm.

This is a nice beachfront resort, but the staff would benefit from better training, especially in housekeeping. We didn’t receive bath soap until the third day of our stay—we initially thought only bar soap was provided. Given the price, this is unacceptable. On the first day of cleaning, there weren’t enough towels for our family suite, and the sand we had left in the room in the morning was still there when we returned. The safety deposit box was not working properly at check-in; although maintenance fixed it, we had to wait about 30 minutes. This should have been checked and resolved before guests arrive. That said, the reception and breakfast service were pleasant.

Although Alona Beach is beautiful, the mattresses were dirty in the morning and were not changed throughout the day. It is quite a long walk from the beach to the main pool, and the hallway floors are extremely slippery when barefoot. Considering this is a high-end resort, having to bring your own outdoor slippers to move around is not an ideal solution. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but the male bartenders were not very friendly. The pool is also quite shallow, so the water becomes very warm. More seriously, the staff did not maintain the floors properly to keep them dry. I slipped and fell, hitting my back and head hard, and was unable to stand for a few minutes. One staff member noticed and asked if I needed medical assistance, which I appreciated. Please be mindful of safety while trying to relax and enjoy your stay at this resort.
