They say they offer 24-hour front desk but they don't. I arrived at 12:30 am, nobody was there to give me a key. I called and sent an email with no response. I had to find different accommodation in the middle of the night in a new foreign destination. They sent an apologetic message the next day through booking... not good enough for me. They didn't even have the decency to send the money back. If you can not provide something, then don't advertise that you do!

I already paid accomodation fee in advanae by credit card through Booking.com but I throught I stijl hadn't, so I paid it to the hostel staff but they just received my money, so it means I paid double,,, Later I noticed about3 it. I contacted to this hostel many times but they didn't remit to me,,, so I contacted to booking.com and finally it seems they will handle it...

Very nice guy working there allowed me to leave my luggage in the room when I left in the morning at 7 am to the tour and cam back only after 5 pm so I could also quickly use a toilet etc and basically we can say that checked out then at 6 pm. Room was clean with air conditioning. Bed comfortable.

Location wise, near to SM Mall, near to fast food chains at rizal avenue

-Si vous chercher une chambre pour une nuits ( 1 personne) en attendant votre vol. Cette endroits est correcte. Il m'ont autorisé a avoir un check out a 17h30 sans frais ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié -La chambre était d'un état lamentable, pareil pour la chambre de bain, mais au prix payé on ne peut s'attendre à plus. -Kevin, fut très acceuillant. Il fut présent pour répondre à mille & une demande. De plus, il s'est offert pour m'aider à amener & sortir mes bagages de la chambre. Il m'a aussi offert de m'appeller un transport pour l'aréoport. Vraiment une personne aimable qui a rendu mon séjour mieux. Bref, je recommande si vous être à petit budget pour une nuits.
