"Beautiful resort in a great location"

Location in a small beach with small shops and restaurants nearby. Good-sized room with a beautiful bathroom. Very warm and friendly staff

The room didn't get light during the day so you had to keep a light on. The pillows were rock hard and I could not use them. Luckily I had a travel pillow

"Not worth the money"

We were happy to pay a bit more as it was on one of the only sandy beaches we could find on our trip. The location was lovely and not at all commercialised - a real island feel but…..

I have never complained at a hotel before but the locals staying at the weekend had a dog that wouldn’t stop yapping and the breakfast was shocking! Freezing cold and inedible. There are 4 sun beds in the whole resort and a karaoke bar next door that starts at 8am - so forget relaxing! I did take a video to demonstrate the noise but don’t seem to be able to post it on here!

Location is in the picture. It’s beautiful.

Pool is still under construction. And the description is “pool and spa”. Manager won’t talk eye to eye with me, but other staff are very helpful. Maybe because we’re the only Filipino guests at that time???

"Its average experience."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The environment is too loud from the various videoke stations near the resort. Even early in the morning you can hear already someone singing the karaoke. Its supposed to be serene and relaxing environment but thats the downside of the resort. Also the food that was served to us especially dinner time was too salty and they have a clogged toilet.

"I was okay."

The room itself was nice, I’ve been wanting to stay in a bamboo/native room, so that was a good decision. The staff were nice.

We found some cobwebs on the hanging lamp in our room. Would have been nice if they provided us with in room slippers and a coffee maker, considering the amount we paid for our stay. Also, the neighboring stores & karaokes make the entire place look really cheap.
