The place was serene and relatively near to good tourist spots in the city. The personnel were accommodating and very helpful. Our appreciation to Noemi and Emery at the frontdesk for helping us plan with our tour plans; Lisa at the restaurant who attended to our group with warm smile during breakfast. Thanks also to the assistance of Sasmin, Jem, Rico (van driver) and Mark (van driver).

The hotel is quite a ways from everything, but staff can arrange rides for you. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The rooms are clean, uniquely decorated, and very spacious. Restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was very good.

There were no outlets close to either side of the bed. There was no place to plug in devices to charge and still have them close by.

Unwind Hotel truly lives up to its name. We had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The ambiance was exceptional - peaceful, well-designed and perfect for unwinding from the busy city life.
