Very friendly and helpful staff; room was very clean and comfortable.

There was an issue with the wifi in my room and I was unable to use the TV because of this but the staff were very helpful and also were very accommodating when I had realised that I needed to book for another night; they were able to get me in for another night and move me to another room with wifi.

I booked the second time and it was as expected. Great location in Makati if you're staying on a budget. No luxury, but clean, good Wifi, free water, nice and welcoming staff - you can't complain.
