Wow! This place is great. We booked here for a restful stop-over that was convenient for our itinerary. It was excellent for that BUT I wish we had stayed here for 3-4 nights as opposed to some of the other places we stayed on our trip. The room was super clean, modern, well appointed and the internet actually works. We had dinner and breakfast at the resto, because we didn’t want to go anywhere after a day full of activities at the waterfalls, and the food was really good, nothing fancy, just really tasty comfort food. The pool has an excellent overlooking view, the view from our balcony over the ocean was awesome, and the sunset was incredible! Well done to the owners and staff! So relaxing and comfortable. Our stop-over turned into one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you!

We stayed here on a family trip. The reviews across the web saying Masayahin is a gem are spot on. It’s a small resort in a quiet peaceful location yet somehow convenient to sooo many attractions in southern Cebu and nearby islands. We cannot overstate how happy we were with everything. Everything is just better here. The quality of: the room, the linens, the pillows, the beds, the towels, the internet, the food…everything is just a little better. Even compared to much more expensive places we have stayed in the past in Cebu. The hosts are great! Ask them anything. The staff are helpful and courteous. Don't miss snorkeling with the sea turtles. Wow! Thank you so much from our family! And, “another order of buffalo wings, please.”

Wow, what a gem. Ran by the most wonderful couple who are full of knowledge not just of the surrounding area but the whole of the Philippines. Then the actual hotel, sunset views from your balcony, by the pool with amazing cocktails or down by the beach with the turtles. You decide. Honestly book this before they raise the prices to 3x what they should be!

I love this place mark and his wife was the best host. They are extremely friendly people that have an amazing piece of property. The pool has 4ft section and a deep 8ft section. Very easy to find and easy to get to from Santander port. Rooms are very nice and clean. Excellent view of the ocean. I didn’t go out and eat very much because their restaurant has amazing selection of food for a good price. I will definitely be back in the future and will tell friends and family about my 10/10 experience here.

Our stay at the resort was simply fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! From the breathtaking views from our rooms to the crystal-clear sea right outside our door, everything was just perfect. The view from the rooms was truly spectacular. Every morning, we were greeted by a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape that simply took our breath away. It was like a painting unfolding anew every day. The resort's location by the sea was an absolute dream! Snorkeling right outside the door was an unforgettable experience. The diversity of marine life and the clarity of the water made snorkeling a true adventure that we wanted to experience again and again. However, what truly distinguished the resort were the friendly owners and the extremely kind and hardworking staff. Every single member of the staff was always eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warmth and dedication made our vacation unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and luxuriously appointed. There was simply everything one could wish for. From comfortable beds to modern amenities, everything was taken care of. We felt right at home and were able to relax completely. Overall, I can highly recommend this resort. This is an awesome resort!!! Mark and Kay were great hosts. The rooms were great, the food was great and the diving was great. Needless to say, we want to go back. The dive equipment is all new and Mark is very good at leading the dive as well as taking care of his divers. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.
