Beautiful property, very attentive and helpful staff

Very remote location, however staff very helpful to organise transport to town

the breakfast, the stuffs are so friendly. I was there for THREE nights and they upgrade my room for last day. Amazing view, very clean roomm

Der privat Pool war VIEL zu KALT. Da er nicht beheizt wird ist er Abends kaum nutzbar. Auch nicht im Hochsommer. Wir waren mitte August und der Pool kühlt am Anend viel zu schnell aus. Somit konnten wir das Highlight des Zimmers nicht nutzen.

The shower leak to the room, the bed is too soft, the pool was too cold and we didn't use it(on october). The breakfast was poor..

Красивая гостиница, мало номеров, есть собственный бассейн. Рядом гостиничный ресторан, завтрак был включён. Есть собственная парковка.

Заплатили больше 1000 долларов за номер. Когда я попросила перенести даты или же сделать, что-то с тем, что нам приходиться лететь теперь с детьми в 4-ом, то никакого решения не нашли. Хотя я просила доплатить еще за 2их детей или найти нам номер побольше и просто поменять с доплатой на другой. Никакого решения не нашли! Хотя заплатили не маленькую сумму за отель. Бассейн холодный, без подогрева, естественно в нём никто не купался. Номер изначально был чистый, когда приходили убирать номер, как было грязно на полу, так и было, 6 дней никто ничего не делал, кроме как поменять постельное белье и вынести мусор! Хотя уборка была каждый день! Завтрак от слова "Никакой", выбора практически нет, каждый день одно и тоже из 2х блюд. Местоположение очень далеко от популярных мест и пляжей. Если без машины придётся добираться на такси и платить 50+ евро за каждую поездку в одну сторону. В общем не рекомендую, можно найти отель намного дешевле, где не будет этих нюансов.

I absolutely loved my stay! The private pool was amazing, and the complimentary toiletry amenities were such a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I also really appreciated the convenient rental service — it was easy to arrange and very affordable. The communication with the hotel was excellent; whenever we needed anything, they responded almost instantly via WhatsApp. Their customer service was truly exceptional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is a bit farther from main attractions like the Old Port, but it’s not an issue at all — the hotel offers convenient car and rental services for an additional charge, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Also, the breakfast could have been more varied, it has very limited options.

La chambre était tout simplement magnifique. Mention spéciale pour la piscine à débordement : un vrai bijou ! Seul petit bémol, l’eau n’était pas chauffée en octobre, mais la beauté du lieu fait vite oublier ce détail. Un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter.
