Madison Place at Sea Residences powered by Cocotel

Very difficult to check in because the entire address is not provided. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment in a residency building. The tower number was not provided and the phone number I recieved didn't work. The room itself was fine, though it didn't have hot water.

The room was different from the one I reserved. The room was dirty.

The place was ok. Already run down but the communication with the agent is ok.

Tiny room and sofa bed is broken. No response from property management contact number. Only through the guard on duty that I was able to get hold of the host for the key. Requested for matress but waited for nothing. So disappointed.

It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their balcony with a magical view of the Mall Of Asia! It's a cute unit, just need to fix those problems above mentioned. Kudos to Mac who is very responsive and friendly after our check in.
