This property is severely misrepresented on booking websites. The room I received was drastically different from the listing photos, with outdated amenities, multiple maintenance issues (including non-functional air conditioning and appliances), and an unclean pool area. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we left early. We are extremely disappointed that booking.com/agoda/cocotel have refused to provide a refund for the unused portion of my stay."
