No tissue, bottled water, no tv & wifi connection. The electric fan is dirty. I was charged 60php extra upon online reservation.

The bathroom was nice.

Staff wasn’t welcoming, didn’t explain things properly.

They provided towels, a working bathroom, and free Wifi which while working (it cut sometimes) was decently fast. They also provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo. Also they allowed deliveries which isn't surprising since they don't provide food.

They did not provide anything else, I had to order on Grab (delivery service) some toilet paper, water to drink, basic things you'd expect from a hotel. Fridge was barely working, and the bed was incredibly tiny for me and my wife to actually sleep in. Judging by other customers and the prices they list in the reception, it seems most of the money they make are from couples who rent for 3 hours, for obvious reasons. Oh, and Booking.com mentioned they take credit card, they only took cash. This part infuriated me personally as taking cash from an ATM in Philippines is incredibly expensive, other than the mark-up you also pay 250 PHP per transaction, what's the point of claiming they take credit cards then?

The shower area - no shower curtain , water so slow,

The staffs were courteous and friendly. The place is clean easy access for dining and shopping.
