Easy access to the mall and restaurants

The property was nice although there is no lift because it is still under maintenance. I was aware of building work still going on so that's fine. For cleanliness I would say a 7/10 in general and maybe a 6/10 for the rooms. There is a shared bathroom between 2 rooms so if you want your own you will have to book 2 rooms. Also, the rooms don't have windows and no air con but it does have a fan which makes it slightly less hot. Despite this I would still recommend it as a really budget hotel as long as you don't mind it being in a rough area that is far from everything.

We’d also like to share a few suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. It would be great if slippers and basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, small soap) were provided in the room for added convenience. Additionally, we noticed that one of the nearby water dispensers was empty during our stay—having it regularly refilled would be very helpful, as the next available dispenser was quite far from our assigned room. Lastly, we hope the elevator will be fixed by our next stay, as it would make moving around much more convenient—especially for guests with luggage or mobility concerns. The room was clean

The location is in the inner most of the city among all residence, no basic toiletries, trying to call front desk, no answer.. broken shower and even toilet. No complete info of contact number for reporting of facilities

No air conditioning in the room. I stayed in the lobby for half the night because it was too hot to sleep.
