Value for money and the bellboy is very helpful except the F.O during my arrival to the hotel

Im asking for a small favor from the F.O, but he declined it.

There was nothing about it that i liked period they're supposed to refund me my money and never did get it very unsafe area the facilities in the room were broken like the toilet the sink leaks water on the floor shower mole all over the floor window don't walk very unsatisfied would not recommended

Only the fact it has no elevator and the shower towels were micro fibre instead of cotton

Quiet and spacious room. It will just take like 5-8 minutes to get to the main road, but taxis/grab can take you there. Food service is offered 24 hours. Helpful and kind staff

The bed was good. But the shared bathroom had a bad smell and the bedroom floor was sticky.

It was a "soft opening." The price was good and the services were great. We stayed in Oct. 2024 for 5 nights. Yes, the surrounding is a slum area but people are nice. Never felt unsafe! Walked around the area casually ...to Baclaran clothing etc market , National Shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help, fast food restaurants , transportations to go to MoA and other great places in the area.You'll never go wrong staying in this property.

I requested that they clean my room for 4 days and when I checked out 4 days early the room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and requested that they clean my room and I was told that housekeeping did not start until 3:30 PM. The toilet back-up two days. There is no restaurant and the menu that they have for room service is for a restaurant that takes about one hour and forty-five minutes to two hours to receive the food and it is cold when you get it. The hotel is new but it is in a terrible neighborhood a Philipina friend of mine came by and said that it is in a squatter neighborhood, and they insisted that I move out immediately.
