Mactan Newtown Rental by EJB

I really enjoyed the view, the cleanliness, location, and the ease of checking in. The unit with two bedrooms was a good space for my wife and three kids. The price was good for the value.

The things I didn’t like was only that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work and that sometimes the water pressure would be low and it was hard to use the water. Also, the hallways of the building did not have ac like the unit so hot when out of the unit.

Good location. Nice pool. Cleanish rooms.

Booked for two people, but was only give one Towel. When asked for another, was told go purchase one. They have a outside clothes hanger, but security told us we cannot hang clothes outside. Fridge broke 5 days before check out, and no one would respond back when notified. Kitchen had mold in Cupboards and stove fan.

There was bugs, poor facilities, poor management, smelt bad, didn’t get our room. Don’t book!
