The toilet, we complain it on the staff that the cover will not keep open, but they said it’s like that, and all the toilet in the rooms are like that. It’s hard to use especially for men, need to hold the cover so you can pee.

I liked the one particular female staff who remembered me when I arrived. The staff was nice in general.

The flooded floors when it was raining heavily. The lobby where guests are supposed to gather before checking in was all flooded and slippery. The area outside the room was flooded as well due to the heavy rains. Poor roofing. Bathroom had a funky smell to it. There were small cockroaches that came out of the faucet when I turned it on. No trashcan inside the room itself. For the longest time that I have been booking in this hotel whenever I come home from abroad or whenever i go to manila, the blankets have always been ROUGH AND ITCHY to the skin. Did not like how I was charged for the whole day stay when I asked to be checked out late with FD staff saying I could pay P100 per hour after 12noon but I had to pay the whole day stay after 2pm. I stayed until 6:30pm only but I got charged the whole day stay for a late check out of only 6.5 hours.

Great place.. Good food . Very safe.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Close to the city center but at the same time isolated with its small backyard from the noise and rush of bussy streets.

The airconditioning was loud and we had a cockroach in our bathroom.

Where do i start..Windows broken,sink cracked.No bedside tables,no fridge,no hair dryer,bed was so soft it was like sleeping on 4blankets.Room was about 2x2.No toilet facilities.4th floor NO LIFTS. Do not stay at this terrible place!

The only best thing they have are the staff who were all very accomodating, helpful and very corteous! My hats off to that! Very filipino!

The room was ok size, the bed was ok size too but the pillows case, pillows, bed sheets and towels they were very old and not suitable for use in a hotel such as this. The pictures in the website were absolutely deceiving. The blankets especially seems to be reaching the 'rotting' stage. Also, the location was quite hard to find especially I was relying on cabs. The sign outside/along the street could have been made bigger.
