Good breakfast…well- prepared and tastes good!

The ambiance and design of the hotel

Huge room. The family room has a wide living space with a sofa, coffee table, and a smart TV. internet signal was superb. It also has a mini kitchen with a large fridge and microwave. There were two tables in the living room with a chair each and 1 closet. There's also a small terrace/veranda. Bathroom space was wide enough, and towels provided were clean and fragrant. There's a separate room for each bed, and each room has separate air conditioning, which is probably the best feature. There were three air conditioning units in total (the ones in the bedrooms were above the head side of the bed, which is great, so cold air doesn't hit you face-first while sleeping). Each room has about four sockets each (so there's an abundance of charging ports), and light switch positioning was great because they're just above the headboard of each bed. The hotel is excellent for family trips. There's a swimming pool. The staff were nice

Would have loved separate chairs/tables in each bedroom since they were wide enough for a whole loveseat and mini coffee table, although there were nightstands on each side of the bed. Maybe a mirror in each room would also be good so that each guest did not have to wait to take turns with the bathroom mirror. The walls were also dark in color. The men liked it because the overall feel was manly. Hallways might need better ventilation, but then again, the construction hasn't been completed yet, so it's understandable

The countertops were DIRTY and the floor and table was FILTHY DIRTY, DUSTY. The TV is OUT OF SERVICE , The TELEPHONE WAS NO SERVICE at all there was a telephone unit but NOT WORKING incase of an emergency you can not call the front desk for help. My sister and I were not able to eat dinner because we can not call for dash food When I got inside the bedroom I sat in the bed and the BED LINEN WERE WRINKLED and STINKY WITH BODY ODOR /sweats , I asked the front desk to change the linen, three person came one of them told me that they counted when they changed the linen and the white cleaned linen they put was not for the room I stayed, I didn’t understand I am a guest in this Clark CU Hotel and I was not expecting to slept in a dirty linen.

Old colonial style building refurbished for a comfortable stay in spacious rooms. Basic amenities provided but pretty ok for the price. There's no soundproofing so best pray your neighbours aren't night owls or early birds. Pretty ok stay for the price all things considered.

Unit was neat

Telephone was not working. Bed sheets are not newly changed. When you open the door from outside, you will not notice that the floor inside was elevated which is safety issues for guest. No electric kettle when we arrived, we have to go down again and request since telephone is not working.
