the ambiance. Great staff service. clean. the smiles on the faces everywhere we went made us feel so welcome, we felt like almost royalty. the welcome ritual was quite unexpected, but nice.

the room we were booked was too small for a family of 3, and lacking in tables to set our suitcases, specially for seniors like us. lacking in shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries. we could've been put in a cottage closer to the facilities where activities happen to avoid the steep stairs and climb. breakfast, aside from healthy selections, perhaps an array of healthy fruit to choose from, after all the place is a wellness resort.
