"Almost like home"

We arrived early, we couldn't use our room till 2p. But the did allow us to drop our bags in the room. Our daughter loved the pool, it was clean and well maintained. Order your breakfast the night before, or McDonald's is close by. We will definitely go back on our next trip.

The staffwas fabulous.

The water heater and the shower would not adjust to warm. It was way to hot or cold.

"Needs improvement to window and CUSTOMER SERVICEeeeeee"

Window - they can use a better curtain to cover the entire window, side windows was very clear outside. Definitely the people outside can see inside the room🥹🥹🥹. Also customer service, why the customer service don't know the location? Customer service must know the entire places in PH. It was weird asking help someone whom doesn't know the place at all.

Close to the sites, food places

Needs a safe, hotel was not very communicative - I asked for a double bed several times but no response, the tv didn’t work
