Despite checking in late our room was not prepared broken refrigerator not cooling. They have to replace it just when we checked in at night. Not functioning stove. Which I paid extra for the kitchenette. There were no plates and cutlery, the drawers were still dusty because it’s a new hotel. The info at booking.com was not precise regarding what is available already and what’s not. I paid extra for non existing equipments. They didn’t clean the room the 2 night we were there. No cable channel..We didn’t get to sign in to our Netflix because the previous guest was Korean and they didn’t know how to sign out..

Good location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if there’s no damages to the room.
