Central Lyngby Apartments

The location is excellent. It is not only near to train station, it is also near to high street which has numerous grocery shops, eating places & some fashion shops. The host is very responsive to our inquiries.

The toilet is extremely small to be used by 4 people as no place to hang out towels, so each of us need to hang out towel in the living area. Plus it is on the ground floor with able to see through glass panels, so we need to close the curtains 24*6 days during our stay

Location was good and close to the Technical University in Copenhagen - that was the main reason of booking. The apartment is not bad, but the toilet is awful, small, stinks like a sewer and impossible to shower. Shower does not work or it just lets out boiling hot water. One of, or the worst toilet I've ever seen, and I've been around from Cuba to Japan.

The location is good, near the train station and some supermarkets. The owner responded to our requests, but the reported problems require something more than a nice gesture from the owner.

The cleanliness must obviously be improved. I found a plastic bag under the bed, where someone supposedly cleaned, cobwebs in the corner of the closet. The bathroom of apartment 2 clearly needs to be renovated. The shower is actually a corner of the bathroom around which you can draw a plastic curtain. If you pull the shower curtain, it will touch you and stick to it because the space is very small. If you don't pull the shower curtain, all the water flows into the bathroom. I found the toilet very dirty, "due to calcium deposits from the water", according to the owner. But such a thing is still not admissible. I don't think a new toilet bowl costs more than one night's accommodation, so it could easily be replaced.

We loved the location and how central it was to supermarkets, food options and also the Train Station. It was only a short train ride to the city as well. No hustle and bustle at all. It was a lovely unit and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was also great having washing facilities.

The steps with suitcases was difficult but understandable. Minor hint, need instructions on the rubbish disposal etc. We are from Australia and it works very differently here.

The tight ness of all the rooms, the kitchen smelt bad. The floors were all so creaky it was difficult to get around. Would NOT recommend for people traveling with young children.

One of the owners, Frederik, met us at the location and helped us get in. He was very nice. The place was clean, and the kitchen was OK equipped. Frederik was super responsive throughout our stay.

A little better cleaning under the bed ;-). And be aware that the bathroom is a typical small, older apartment type bathroom, you will find in many places in the Copenhagen Area, so there is no separate shower, just a curtain.

Very good equiped apartment, clear, comfortable beds, great contact with the staff. Parking possibilities near by but expensive 250 DK per 24h, with app.

The apartament is on the last floor and was very hot in it, we tried to sleep by opened windows but was too loud, it's on the busy street.

The location is nice - close to train station (Copenhagen 25min), shopping and restaurants. The owner was communicating with us very well and helps us with the parking.

The bathrooms don't have ventilation and it is hard to air out.
