早餐丰盛，地理位置也好找。

Khalid and Ayoub are so nice, amazing hospitality. The room its clean and the bed is confortable. The breakfast is incredible, delicious and they give everything you can imagine for breakfast. The roof top its good for spend time for relax.

Las escaleras ( pero es normal,casi todos Riales ,hoteles ,casas ,suelen tener muchas escaleras y alguna .....

Tiene muchas escaleras ( como casi todos los Rial y casas) no te hacen la habitación

Sin duda alguna lo mejor son sus anfitriones y la ubicación en plena Medina, muy cerca de la puerta azul y de las calles principales pero a la vez muy tranquilo. Es un detalle que te gestiones si lo deseas el transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Wifi muy bueno también.

No le doy un 10 porque el colchón y las almohadas para nuestro gusto eran muy duras y algo incómodas. Tampoco me gustó no poder pagar el alojamiento con tarjeta pero nada que no sea subsanable (no te ponen problemas para pagar en euros o dirhams).

It is conveniently located in the Medina. The hot water pressure was great and we had nice showers. It was easy to acess the Medina since the riad is near Taala El Kebira, which is the main road in the Medina that leads to the main entrance at the Blue Gate.

The place is run by a group of tricksters: when we arrived, they told us that the room we booked a month earlier was no longer available. Since we requested a room that is not on the ground floor and they only have one quadruple room on the ground floor, our reservation is no longer valid. Yet, they agreed to let us stay there for one night and move us to another hotel during our second night. Confusing, right? We've been communicating with them via Booking website and they never told us that. So we pushed back. After that, they made some calls and finally agreed to let us stay in that room for the two consecutive nights we booked. Later that night, one of the guys told me something like: so many Africans canceled their reservations; reason why they were not sure that we were coming. There was no Africa Cup of Nations games being played in Fez, reason why I was rather disturbed by his statement. Anyway, we made it. But honestly, this was one of the most disppointing experiences we've had for sure...

Ótimo espaço, ainda mais para um riad dentro da medina. O anfitrião é solícito, gentil e muito educado, além de falar vários idiomas. Café da manhã excepcional, com maior variedade e melhor preparo do que todos os demais que experimentei. Localização excelente, próxima a uma das entradas da medina, o que facilita muito para ir e vir dos tours.

Tudo foi perfeito.
