Riad Palau Marrakech

An oasis of quiet and tranquillity. This amazing riad is placed in the old medina, close to everything you need and want. Super clean and welcoming. Maëlla, the manager is an absolute star. Not only she made sure we have a wonderful staying, but also recommended us the best places to visit and eat and organised transport every time. Bonus, she designs and creates jewellery, so when there have a look at her collections, they are gorgeous:) The two ladies that cleans and cooks are lovely as well and very helpful. Very grateful for meeting such good people and experience beautiful Marrakesh.

Our bathroom smelled a bit bad but it wasn’t a big problem

We have just spent one week in this beautiful riad. It is so calm and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Maella and her two staff are friendly and helpful .The place is spotlessly clean and breakfast was plentiful.

Arriving the first night when it was dark down back alleys was a new experience but behind every door in Marrakech is something of beauty. The alleyways are very normal and the people are so friendly.

We stayed at the Riad Palau for two nights and it was a pleasant surprise, exceeding all our expectations. The Riad is very well located inside the Medina; it’s at the same time charming, cozy and elegantly decorated. Maella is a wonderful hostess, and she was always available for whatever we needed. She also gave us excellent tips on how to enjoy the city. We must also highlight the kindness, dedication and professionalism of the entire Riad team. Finally, we have to say that the breakfast was really delicious and varied. We would definitely go back there :)

Maella & the staff were F****ing AMAZING! Can I cuss here? Oh well, brilliant team. The location was great, and we walked many places within the Medina. The Riad has 5 rooms, and it is so peaceful to return to from the busy streets. The Raid rooftop was my favourite; if you want a chilled evening, it's the place to be. TIP. If you want this kind of evening without going out, pick up some wine or whatever alcohol you like from duty-free. It's a clean, peaceful, beautiful Riad with the most gracious, helpful, and caring team. Oh, and along with the rooftop, drinks, and all that, you can request Maella to have a Tagine made for you, 24 hrs advance notice is needed. I had the beef and lamb, and I no longer have fingerprints from licking my fingers. J'adore Jay Jay

The Riad was like stepping into heavenly space, from the rather chaotic street life outside in the Medina. Beautfully designes by the landlady Maella, who is an artist as well as a dedicated hostess.

It was a bit messy in the surrounding area, but we got used to it. One of the rooms had a bit of smell, but it fixed during our stay.
