The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good. The Riad is truly beautiful and you can tell that there was an attention to great detail in the decor and style of the Riad that transported you into another world. The location was great in the heart of the medina.

The wifi was not reliable. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom but we were also in the middle of the medina so this may be a bit expected. On our last night though, there was a power outage and our adapters that were plugged in were all over surged and could no longer be utilized causing major inconvenience during the remainder of our trip.

La chambre, le patio avec les orangers, le calme .

Il manquait dans la chambre une bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café. Dernier matin pour prendre l’avion départ à 8h, pas de petit dej possible si ce n’est un thé ou café…

The facilities and rooms are great. The pool and breakfast are a good addition. The owners try to keep good care of the place. Staff is great: Yazid helped us to get around Marrakesh. The location is excellent to walk around and visit the Bahia palace.

Unfortunately, they were refurbishing the room above ours which generated noises and we got a leak since they perforated some pipes. Because of that, the owners moved us to another suite which was even better than ours. This was great, I just had wish they had moved us (to any other suite) earlier, to avoid the trouble. Even after this we would recommend this place since we understand it was a one off and we saw their effort in keeping the place top notch.
