Nomadz Palace

Hôtel à l’architecture Mauresque, magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont bien spacieuses et les lits très confortables. J’ai également été agréablement surpris mais l’immense jardin et la piscine de très bonne taille. Quant au repas ils sont bon et copieux. Je recommande fortement, je voyage beaucoup et il est rare que je sois aussi satisfait d’un séjour. Je n’ai absolument rien à reprocher. Cet hôtel est clairement sous côté!

We had an amazing stay! The location is very good, with parking and the hotel area spacious with all the amenities we needed. The room was big and comfortable with a nice patio and the personnel great! We really recommend it!

Les chambres n’étaient pas très propre, j’ai retrouvé un pansement d’un autre client sur le fauteuil, dans la baignoire il y avait encore des traces de la saleté d’ancien client et le sol pas très propre..

The Garden is beautiful

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival late at night, there was no staff available at reception, and I had to spend quite some time looking for someone. I eventually found the baker and the cook, who kindly helped to call a member of staff. I also felt uncomfortable regarding security. The main door remained open, and the keys were easily accessible to anyone, which did not give me a sense of safety. At the end of my stay, I was unexpectedly told that I had not paid yet and was informed that I would not be allowed to leave the hotel without payment. This situation was very stressful and almost caused me to miss my flight. Additionally, my room had a terrace where other guests were having breakfast. Whenever I opened the doors, dogs entered my room, which was quite disturbing and inappropriate. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially regarding organization, communication, and guest safety.

Parfait merci au personnel très accueillant

Nous avons aimé le calme, et la gentillesse, des personnes qui travaillent là-bas. La chambre était très belle.
