Well, you cannot fault the riad for what it is: Good, comfortable accommodation. Decent breakfast, good dinner Garage for motorcycle. Good bathroom Decent location Helpful, nice host. But...

I arrived the evening of 27.04 having booked two nights. Sadly, I had to spend the best part of next day working on my motorcycle so i stayed at the riad, working at my bike in front of the entrance, going back to my room every now and then to take/leave things I needed for the repairs. During this time my room's door stayed unlocked which I assume being my fault although, in such a small and quiet riad with only 4 or 5 rooms, out of which only 3 (including mine) appeared to be rented out to what seemed to be a decent couple of middle aged portuguese and a couple of older french tourists i had no reason to suspect a breach of security or safety. I had everything inside my room laid out about, including my two phones, my wallet and all the gear I carried. Later that afternoon I went to test ride the motorcycle after repairs returning around 8pm. When i ride i always keep my phones and wallet on me, including that afternoon. I did not make any stops or purchases during that ride except for some gas. Later that evening i discovered 250€ and 800 dirham dissapeared from my wallet and only small amounts of each currency were left inside. This money were not missing the night before when doing the inventory of daily expenses and the remaining funds. So the money could only vanish the day I stayed at the riad, before going for the afternoon ride. The next morning I informed the host about the theft. An entire debate ensued with his son who spoke decent english. A deffensive-aggresive display of "it is not my fault, it is yours", "why i should trust you", etc, etc in complete disregard of the basic fact that the host is responsible for the security and the integrity of his guests and their possessions as long as they live under his roof. Apart of that, I was appaled by the lack of empathy and denial of any responsibility on the part of the host. Not even a faint attempt at solving the problem, somehow.

En plus coeur des gorges de dades , ce riad familial vous accueillera avec beaucoup de sympathie. Parfait pour une nuit.

Les équipements de la salle de bain sont un peu vétustes , le paumeau de douche à casser net pendant notre douche. La chambre est vraiment très petite. Si vous décidez de vous balader dans la rue des enfants vous courent après et réclament de l'argent.

Riad jsem zvolili kvůli poloze v údolí Dades. Volba se ukázla jako správná. Dojeli jsem kolem šesté večer a pohodlně stihli ješte výjet do serpetin, resp. ke sklám Monkey Fingers. Navíc večerní slunce je zde příznivé pro fotografy. Riad samotný není žádný Hilton, ale to ani nečekáte. Působí útulně, příjemně, domácky. Velmi dobré jídlo (večeře i snídaně). Parkování přímo před domem. Pokud se někdy ještě do údolí dostaneme, zvolíme tento riad znovu.

To, že jsme spěchali a nemohli se zde zastavit na delší dobu.

Un accueil familial chaleureux et prévenant. Addou, le papa, nous a guidé pour la randonnée de 4h vers les roches "doigts de singes" avec thé dans une grotte avec son habitant berbère en fin de parcours. Merci Addou !

Nous avons tout apprécié : de l'accueil au couscous en passant par la soupe harira !
