Pendaftaran, staf, suasana hotel, ruang bilik, semua kelengkapan dan susunan baik.

Pintu bilik mandi kalau tutup terlalu kuat bunyi dan hempasan pintu tu.. Peti sejuk macam tak berfungsi dengan baik dan tiada sejadah disediakan untuk muslim. Lampu bilik perlu adakan satu lagi yang malap untuk tidur tapi nak ada cahaya sedikit sebab lampu di belakang katil masih terlalu cerah kalau pasang untuk tidur..
